甲维-茚虫威中毒致高铁血红蛋白血症1例报告

A case report of methemoglobinemia caused by Metovir-indocarb poisoning

  • 甲维-茚虫威是一种新型杀虫剂,由甲维盐、茚虫威混合而成,其毒性成分为茚虫威。国内外陆续有为数不多的中毒病例报告,现报道1例甲维-茚虫威中毒。茚虫威具有芳香代谢物,可以生物转化为产生高铁血红蛋白的活性中间体,引起高铁血红蛋白血症。应用亚甲蓝治疗后高铁血红蛋白量下降至正常,以供临床参考。
