摘要: 目的: 探讨腹腔镜技术在外科急腹症中的临床应用及其意义。方法: 回顾性分析总结我院腹腔镜探查75例急腹症患者的临床资料。结果: 其中74例(98.7%)经腹腔镜检查获得明确诊断,除1例患者中转开腹外,所有手术均在腹腔镜下完成,均治愈出院。结论: 腹腔镜探查术对大多数外科急腹症有明确的诊治作用,值得我们在临床上不断推广、发展。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the value of laparoscopy in the surgical acute abdomen and its significance in clinical application.Method: To analyze and summarize the clinical information with laparoscopic exploration in 75 cases of acute abdomen with.Result: Laparoscopy operation was successfully performed in 74 cases (98.7%), and 1 case was transferred to open surgery. All the patients were cured.Conclusion: Laparoscopy operation had advantage in acute abdomen. The laparoscopy can get sure diagnoses and treatment, which is worthy of clinical popularizing applying.
