摘要: 脓毒症被定义为因感染引起的宿主反应失调导致的危及生命的器官功能障碍[1]。其发生发展与许多因素密切相关,其中免疫抑制是其重要因素。促炎反应和抗炎反应之间的复杂作用可导致器官功能障碍。STING信号通路可同时参与炎性因子和抗炎因子的产生,进而维持机体内环境稳定[2]。该信号通路也可参与脓毒症的发生和发展,然而STING信号通路在脓毒症中具体作用机制尚不明确。鉴于STING信号通路在脓毒症中发挥了重要作用,本文结合相关报道和最新文献,Abstract: Sepsis is an inflammatory disease mediated by the host immune response. Complex interactions between inflammatory and anti-inflammatory responses can lead to organ dysfunction and lethality in sepsis patients. The stimulator of the interferon gene(STING), as an endoplasmic reticulum-resident membrane protein, mediates innate immune and inflammatory responses in host defense induced by DNA of intracellular pathogens, and plays an important role in the development of sepsis. This review focuses on the mechanism and research progress of STING signaling pathways in sepsis in conjunction with relevant literature.
