Abstract: A 30-year-old female with fever and persistent abdominal pain and vomiting was diagnosed as dengue fever complicated with acute pancreatitis. ARDS, acute myocarditis, acute liver injury, acute renal and encephalopathy common in dengue fever. Acute pancreatitis is a rare complication. So we report this case to attract the attention of major clinicians. Early diagnosis and treatment can avoid the occurrence of important organ damage.
