Changes of serum il-33 and sST2 in trauma patients and their correlation with CRP and injury severity score

摘要: 目的: 研究创伤患者血清IL-33与sST2的变化及其与C-反应蛋白(CRP)和损伤程度评分(ISS)的相关性。方法: 选取2016-01-2018-12期间在我院接受治疗的60例创伤患者作为A组观察对象,并选取同期在我院接受体检的50健康人员作为健康对照组观察对象,比较两组不同时间点血清IL-33、sST2、CRP变化情况,并分析血清IL-33与sST2、CRP、ISS之间的相关性。结果: A组不同时间点的血清IL-33水平均高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。在创伤后1 d达到等值,与健康对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。创伤后4 h~3 d,A组的sST2水平均高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。创伤后5~7 d,A组的sST2水平略微高于健康对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组不同时间点的CRP水平均高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。创伤后3 d达到峰值,显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。创伤后4 h~7 d,血清IL-33水平与CRP水平之间呈正相关关系(r=0.351,P<0.05);sST2水平与CRP水平之间呈正相关关系(r=0.382,P<0.05);创伤4 h~1 d,血清IL-33水平与ISS评分之间呈正相关关系(r=0.367,P<0.05)。结论: 创伤会导致血清IL-33与sST2的释放,其释放水平与CRP、ISS评分有密切的关系,因而临床中应给予关注和重视。Abstract: Objective: To study the changes of serum il-33 and sST2 in trauma patients and their correlation with CRP and injury degree score(ISS). Method: Selected from January 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital for treatment of 60 patients with trauma were observed object as A group, and have A medical examination in our hospital from 50 healthy persons as observation group B object, compare two groups of different time points, the change of the serum IL-33, sST2, CRP, and analyze the serum IL-33 and the correlation between the sST2, CRP, ISS. Result: Serum il-33 level in group A was higher than that in group B at different time points(P<0.05). At 1 d after trauma, it reached the equivalent level, which was significantly different from group B(P<0.05). The sST2 level of group A was higher than that of group B at 4 h~3 d after trauma(P<0.05). SST2 level in group A was slightly higher than that in group B at 5~7 d after trauma, but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05). CRP levels of group A at different time points were higher than that of group B(P<0.05). The post-traumatic 3 d reached a peak value, which was significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between serum il-33 level and CRP level 4 h~7 d after trauma(r=0.351, P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between sST2 level and CRP level(r=0.382, P<0.05). 4 h~1 d after trauma, there was a positive correlation between serum il-33 level and ISS score(r=0.367, P<0.05).Conclusion: Trauma can lead to the release of serum il-33 and sST2, and the release level is closely related to the CRP and ISS scores, so it should be paid attention to in clinical practice.
