Using feedback device during cardiopulmonary resuscitation:a Meta-analysis

  • 目的: 系统评价反馈装置对心肺复苏实施效果的影响。方法: 计算机检索Cochrane图书馆 (2017年第12期)、MEDLINE、EMBASE、中国生物医学文献数据库 (CBM)、中国知网 (CNKI) 数据库和万方数据库 (检索时限均从建库至2017年12月) 中关于运用反馈装置辅助实施心肺复苏的随机对照试验。由2名研究员分别筛选文献、提取资料和进行质量评价后, 使用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果: 纳入9项随机对照试验进行定量综合, 包括934例参与者, 其中实验组541例, 对照组393例。Meta分析结果显示, 运用反馈装置辅助实施心肺复苏能够改善按压深度[MD=0.27, 95%CI (0.12, 0.42), P=0.0004] ("2010年及以后"亚组) 和按压频率[MD=-5.44, 95%CI (-7.38, -3.50), P<0.001], 提高按压位置准确率[MD=6.37, 95%CI (1.54, 11.21), P=0.01]。结论: 运用反馈装置辅助实施CPR有助于提高心肺复苏质量, 建议推广使用。
