Study on haemostatic properties of novel microporous starch/mesoporous calcium silicate composite

  • 目的:探讨微孔淀粉复合介孔硅酸钙材料(PHS/m-CS)的止血性能与生物安全性。方法:采用溶胶-凝胶法合成介孔硅酸钙m-CS,生物酶解法制备微孔玉米淀粉PHS,并将两者复合制备PHS/m-CS止血材料。根据部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)和凝血酶原时间(PT)指标考察PHS/m-CS的体外止血性能;通过将PHS/m-CS与MC3T3-L1细胞体外共培养,研究PHS/m-CS的体外生物安全性;通过体内动物实验,探讨PHS/m-CS对肝脏与脾脏的止血效果。结果:m-CS呈短棒状,内部具有高度有序的介孔孔道;制备的PHS颗粒尺寸均匀,并且内部具有疏松多孔的结构。相比于单纯PHS,PHS/m-CS复合材料具有更高的吸水率与体外凝血功能。生物安全性测试表明材料对细胞无毒性。体内肝脏与脾脏止血实验表明,PHS/m-CS可缩短凝血时间。结论:PHS/m-CS复合止血材料具有良好的止血性能与生物安全性,对临床急诊止血材料具有指导意义。
