Clinic comparison between laparoscopic and traditional treatment for perforated gastroduodenal ulcer

摘要: 目的: 探讨腹腔镜下胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术的临床价值。方法: 回顾性分析我院2009-01-2011-01间完成的35例腹腔镜下与35例开腹胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术患者的临床治疗,进行治疗效果对比。结果: 所有患者均顺利完成手术,腹腔镜手术组患者较开腹组患者术后恢复快,痛苦小,住院时间短,差别明显,但手术时间长。结论: 腹腔镜下胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术较传统开腹胃十二指肠穿孔修补术有明显优势,并且是安全、有效的。

Abstract: Objective: To study the clinic value of laparoscopictreatment for perforated gastroduodenal ulcer.Method: The clinic data of 35 cases of perforated gastroduodenal ulcer undergone laparoscopic operation were retrospective ananlyzed and compared with the other 35 cases who undergone laparotomy.Result: All patients' operationns were safe, and the patients who undergone laparoscopic opreation have the advantages of small trauma, rapid postoperative recovery, less hospital time.Conclusion: Compared with laparotomy, laparoscopic operation of perforated gastroduodenal ulcer provided more advantages,which is safe and effective.
