摘要

摘要: 肺结节病是急诊科相对罕见的疾病，由于其临床表现缺乏特异性，易被漏诊和误诊。本文通过详细介绍1例肺结节病的诊治经过，并简述该病的临床表现及治疗策略，以提高急诊科医师对肺结节病的认识。

Abstract: Pulmonary sarcoidosis is a relatively rare disease in the emergency department. Due to its lack of specificity in clinical manifestations, it is easy to be missed and misdiagnosed. This paper reports the diagnosis and treatment of a case of pulmonary sarcoidosis in order to improve the understanding of pulmonary nodules in emergency department.
