Visual analysis of snakebite research in China based on CiteSpace

  • 目的 了解中国蛇咬伤领域的研究热点及发展趋势,为相关研究提供参考。方法 检索1999年1月1日—2022年12月31日在知网数据库发表的蛇咬伤领域的相关研究,利用CiteSpace 6.2.R4软件进行文献的可视化分析,从发文量、机构、作者等文献关键特征分析该领域的研究现状,关键词共现、聚类及突现分析该领域的知识基础、研究热点及前沿。结果 共纳入文献1 145篇,发文量从快速增长到现在呈现稳定波动趋势。该领域的研究热点集中探讨蛇咬伤的临床表现、蛇咬伤治疗手段和治疗效果;我国蛇咬伤领域作者和机构合作尚不密切,多数作者更倾向于独立发文;机构发文主要以大学附属医院和中医院为主,并且机构之间的合作仅限于省内合作,并没有形成大规模的跨省合作。结论 中国蛇咬伤正逐步受到相关研究者的关注,其研究领域关注的趋势也在向蛇咬伤后的生理心理多维度治疗和流行病学研究等方向发展。
