  • 急性上消化道出血是一种常见的临床疾病,其中急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血占了其绝大多数。尽管已经成熟的内镜技术下临床医师对急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血有了较强的诊断和治疗能力,但急性出血患者的预后仍不尽人意。治疗急性非静脉曲张性出血需要多学科交叉配合,以达到最佳的预后。近些年来,新兴的内镜技术层出不穷,在治疗消化道出血时给了临床医生更多的选择,但这些技术的有效性及安全性仍有待研究。本文主要对急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的治疗策略进行综述。
