Research progress of bedside ultrasound monitoring gastric residue volume in guiding enteral nutrition therapy critically ill patients

  • 肠内营养是危重症患者营养治疗的首选方式,保证营养治疗的有效性和安全性是临床关注的焦点。临床超声通过定性定量评估胃残余量,用于指导优化肠内营养治疗方案,能够增强危重症患者肠内营养治疗喂养耐受性,改善胃肠功能及营养状况,预防吸入性肺炎发生风险。本研究从危重症患者肠内营养干预、胃残余量阈值及监测方法、床旁超声监测胃残余量的方法及应用等方面进行综述研究,旨在为提高危重症患者肠内营养治疗有效性及安全性提供参考。
