Abstract: Quetiapine is widely used as a new antipsychotic. In recent years, the incidence of poisoning cases caused by excessive use of this drug has increased. At present, there is no literature review on quetiapine poisoning published in China. This article systematically reviews the epidemiology, pharmacokinetics, clinical manifestations, toxic mechanisms and treatment methods of quetiapine poisoning in order to improve clinicians' cognition and treatment ability of quetiapine poisoning.
