Correlation between the triglyceride glucose index and coronary artery disease and adverse cardiovascular events in patients undergoing PCI surgery

摘要: 目的:探讨甘油三酯葡萄糖乘积(TyG)指数与行PCI手术的患者冠脉病变及院内发生不良心血管事件的相关性研究。方法:回顾性选取2019年11月—2020年12月于安徽医科大学第三附属医院胸痛中心因急性胸痛住院,行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)并确诊为冠心病的466例患者。回顾所有研究对象的生化、临床及影像学资料,并根据冠脉造影结果使用Gensini和SYNTAX评分评估冠脉病变程度。按中位数水平将入组患者分为高、低TyG指数组,比较两组在冠脉病变程度及术后不良心血管事件的发生率上是否存在差异。结果:与低TyG指数组相比,高TyG指数组患者三支病变比例高于单支和双支病变,并且Gensini和SYNTAX评分更高,住院期间以急性心力衰竭、再发心绞痛、严重心律失常为主不良心血管事件的发生率也更高。结论:TyG指数在冠脉病变程度和PCI术后患者院内发生不良心血管事件评估方面存在一定的预测价值。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the correlation between TyG index and coronary artery disease and adverse cardiovascular events in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on 466 patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease who were admitted to the Chest Pain Center of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from November 2019 to December 2020 for acute chest pain and underwent PCI. Biochemical, clinical and imaging data of all subjects were reviewed, and the degree of coronary artery lesions was evaluated by coronary angiography results combined with Gensini and SYNTAX score. Patients were divided into high and low TyG groups according to the median level of TyG index, and whether there were differences between the two groups in the degree of coronary artery lesions and the incidence of postoperative adverse cardiovascular events.Results: Compared with the low TyG index group, the proportion of three-vessel lesions in the high TyG index group was higher than that in the single-vessel and double-vessel lesions, and the Gensini and SYNTAX scores were higher, and the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events during hospitalization was also higher, mainly including acute heart failure, recurrent angina pectoris and severe arrhythmia.Conclusion: TyG index has a certain predictive value in the degree of coronary artery lesions and the evaluation of adverse cardiovascular events in patients after PCI. -
