摘要: 目的: 研究集束化策略降ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率的有效性。方法: 随机选取我院ICU行机械通气患者65例为试验组,试验组采用集束化策略预防呼吸机相关性肺炎随机选取机械通气患者68例为对照组,对照组采用一般治疗方案治疗。比较两组患者VAP发生率、ICU住院时间。结果: 试验组VAP发生率为41.54%,对照组VAP发生率为57.35%,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组住ICU时间(12.31±3.56)d,对照组住ICU时间(18.7±43.25)d,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: 集束化策略能有效预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生。Abstract: Objective: To study the effectiveness of bundle strategy in preventing ventilator associated pneumonia. Method: Random selection of 133 patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU were divided into Control Group(n=65)and contrast group(n=68),the control Group adopted bundle strategy.The contrast group adopted general therapy.The incidence rates of VAP and ICU stay time were compared in two groups. Result: The incidence of VAP was 41.54% in the control group and 57.35% in the contrast group(P=0.035).ICU stay time was(12.31±3.56)days in the control group and(18.74±3.25)days in the contrast group(P=0.052).Conclusion: Bundle strategy can effectively prevent the occurrence of VAP in ICU.
