摘要: 目的:掌握重症蚕豆病的病因及急救措施。方法:报告1例重症蚕豆病致心跳呼吸骤停并成功抢救的病例。结果:本例因重症蚕豆病导致心跳呼吸骤停、休克、心衰、肾衰、多脏器功能受损,经心肺复苏、机械通气、抗休克、血浆置换、输红细胞、水化碱化、强心、利尿、保护脏器等治疗,成功获救。结论:重症蚕豆病可导致死亡,早期发现、及时处理对挽救患者生命至关重要。
