Clinical value of MFG-E8 in the prognosis evaluation of coronary artery calcification in patients with abnormal glucose metabolism

摘要: 目的:检测不同糖代谢状态患者MFG-E8的水平,探讨其预估冠状动脉钙化的临床价值。方法:选取2014-01-2015-12住院患者92例,包括正常对照组(Control组,n=28)、糖耐量异常组(IGT组,n=30)和糖尿病组(DM组,n=34)。然后检测各组患者MFG-E8和炎性因子hs-CRP、IL-6的水平,采用64排螺旋CT检测冠状动脉钙化积分,从而评估MFG-E8与冠状动脉钙化程度的相关性。结果:3组患者之间血清炎性因子hs-CRP、IL-6及MFG-E8水平均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);伴随血清MFG-E8水平的升高,炎性因子hs-CRP、IL-6的水平逐渐降低,冠状动脉钙化积分值也逐渐降低,呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:血清MFG-E8水平与冠状动脉钙化积分呈负相关,提示检测血清MFG-E8可能成为预测糖代谢异常患者发生冠状动脉疾病的重要指标之一。

Abstract: Objective:To explore the clinical value in the prognosis evaluation of coronary artery calcification,the level of MFG-E8 in patients with different glucose metabolism status was detected.Method:Ninety-two hospitalized patients from January 2014 to December 2015 were divided into normal control group (Control group,n=28),impaired glucose tolerance group (IGT group,n=30) and diabetes group (DM group,n=34).All patients were detected with the level of MFG-E8 and inflammatory factors hs-CRP and IL-6.Coronary artery calcium score was measured by 64 row helical CT,and then used to assess the correlation between MFG-E8 and coronary artery calcification.Result:With their increase,the levels of inflammatory factors hs-CRP and IL-6,and coronary artery calcium score were decreased gradually (P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum MFG-E8 level was negatively related to coronary artery calcium score.It indicated that detection of MFG-E8 could be used to predict the occurrence of coronary artery disease in different glucose metabolism status patients. -
