摘要

摘要: 目的：观察盐酸屈他维林注射液治疗急性胃肠炎痉挛性腹痛的临床疗效。方法：将80例急性胃肠炎痉挛性腹痛患者随机分为2组，对照组40例，用山莨菪碱注射液治疗；治疗组40例，用盐酸屈他维林注射液治疗，2组同时予抗炎、对症、支持等治疗。结果：2组治疗后，治疗组腹痛缓解疗效明显优于对照组。结论：屈他维林治疗急性胃肠炎痉挛性腹痛疗效确切，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract: Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of Drotaverine hydrochloride injection in the treatment of acute gastro enteritis.Method: 80 cases of acute gastroenteritiswith abdominal pain were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in the control group,anisodamine injection treatment,the treatment group of 40 cases,using Drotaverine hydrochlorlde injection in the treatment of the two groups at the same time,antin-inflammatory,symptomatic treatment support etc.Result: The two groups after treatment,the treatment group showed a significantly better clinical effect than the control group,abdominal pain.Conclusion: Drtaverine hydrochloride is safe and effective in treating acute gastroenteritis spastic abdcminal pain,high security is worthy of clinical application.
